One More Cookie

I needed to add my peanut butter chips to the list of cookies and have done so today. All I need to add by the weekend is the Valentines Day sampler, but I am not sure how to do that yet as I have no photo. I'll probably just take a picture of the box it will arrive in.

My next cookie to be added (after I make a Sunday School batch so I can take a photo) will be called Meadow Chips. I never speak badly of a cookie (well almost never) but years ago there was a famous cookie baker whose name was not Wally Amos and they made a chocolate chip cookie that was to die for. When they first came out I was very impressed. This baker then managed to get distribution all over the country and the cookie recipe changed. I  don't know if it was because it was mass produced, or that all the stores had to have cookies that tasted alike but they are no longer as good as they were. Meadow Chips use what I think is very close to the original recipe. Look for them as a store item probably on the 19th of January.

Happy New Year! I know, I already broke my New Years resolution which was to blog every day. I'll try to do it a couple of times a week.

Above is a scan of a letter I received in the  mail today. I was quite surprised to say the least. This was a woman who saw the website and called in a cookie order. Actually she was the first one to do so. The website still isn't generating sales, but now that I have made some changes, I am hoping for the best. We shall see.

The holiday season brought about 75 orders, which was very good.  I now have two goals - first to come up with clever ways to entice you to buy cookies all year round and second, to increase next Decembers sales to 225 which would be three times the amount. Both are doable, I've just got to figure out how.
